Millie and Severson is excited to be constructing six buildings totaling 1,180,000 sf in Douglas Park, designed with DRA Architects, that will become a private business park for Anduril Industries.

This is one of the largest developments on the former Douglas Aircraft site that has been transforming into one of the nation's fastest-growing hubs for aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and defense innovation over the past two decades. As "Space Beach" continues to grow, we're proud to play a role in building what's next.
