Congratulations to Corrina Grabis on graduating from CREDA SoCal (formerly NAIOP SoCal)'s Young Professionals Group (YPG) this year, wrapping up with her team taking home the CapRock Cup at the year-end case competition.
The YPG Program develops leadership skills, while building real cross-discipline fluency and a network that lasts well beyond graduation. Corrina shares that "throughout the past year, as I became friends with classmates in different parts of the industry, I expanded upon my architecture and business development background and grew to be a more well-rounded CRE professional."
The year-end competition challenged the cohort to present their highest and best-use development idea for a 90-acre infill site in Costa Mesa. The Judges Panel included a representative from Costa Mesa, a representative from the State, an architect, and a developer. "Having a concrete, real-life example to work through was a fitting ending to the program," Corrina said.
Corrina is the third consecutive Millie and Severson, General Contractors-sponsored employee to be accepted into YPG, a marker of our commitment to employee growth and development.
