Medical Asset Management has signed a 10-year lease with Providence Tarzana Medical Center for 30,000 sf of the new Tarzana Medical Atrium that’s currently under construction. Millie and Severson is building the new 92,545 sf/3 story MOB that was designed by Boulder Associates Architects. The project will also feature a seven-story parking garage that spans approximately 155,000 sf with four levels above grade and three levels subterranean.
