Prologis' Lululemon Project Earns LEED Gold Certification

Congratulations to Prologis on Lululemon's new 1,255,320 square-foot warehouse in Ontario, CA achieving LEED Gold Certification! This milestone highlights Lululemon's continued dedication to sustainability and responsible environmental practices.

Key accomplishments include:

• 💧 39% Water Use Reduction: By incorporating LEED-approved water-efficient plumbing features, we’ve significantly lowered water consumption.
• ♻️ 69% Waste Diversion: Through careful planning, we diverted a substantial portion of construction and demolition waste to recycling and reuse on-site.
• ⚡ 61% Energy Use Reduction: Advanced design features for electrical and mechanical systems have resulted in a significant decrease in energy usage.
