OMP’s Avion Burbank Breaks Ground

Overton Moore Properties hosted a groundbreaking ceremony today to kick off the historic redevelopment of a site that once housed Lockheed Martin’s Plane Factory during WWII, and Skunk Works, which developed the SR-71 Blackbird. Dubbed Avion Burbank, the new office/industrial park will include six industrial buildings totaling 1,004,307 sf; nine two-story office buildings totaling 142,250 sf; two retail/restaurant buildings totaling 15,475 sf; and a six-story, 150-room hotel totaling 101,230 sf. Millie and Severson is proud to be collaborating with OMP and its architects HPA Architecture and Gensler to bring Avion Burbank to life.
