The recent groundbreaking of the new Avion Burbank development garnered much press coverage. The new office/industrial park will include six industrial buildings totaling 1,004,307 sf; nine two-story office buildings totaling 142,250 sf; two retail/restaurant buildings totaling 15,475 sf; and a six-story, 150-room hotel totaling 101,230 sf.
