Millie and Severson, General Contractors is excited to share the completion of a new self-storage facility for Clear Sky Capital - StorQuest Self Storage in Oakland, CA.
The five-level, 130,217-square-foot climate-controlled facility includes more than 1,100 storage units and is equipped with two service elevators designed to support efficient tenant access and day-to-day operations.
The self-storage market segment continues to be very active for us. We are currently under construction on a facility in Downtown Los Angeles, with numerous additional projects in preconstruction.
