We’re proud to share that the Hines Milmont Industrial warehouse in Fremont, CA, is now complete!
This 267,100 sf facility, located near I-880 and I-680, is the result of a strong, collaborative effort. We’re grateful to Hines and to our project partners, HPA Architecture, Kier + Wright, 4 S.T.E.L Engineering, Inc., RPM Engineers, and the subcontractor partners, for their integral roles in bringing this project to completion.
