Insider's Look at Bay Area's Largest Industrial Project

More than 65 commercial real estate professionals came together on April 30^th for an insider’s look at the challenges and opportunities behind the Bay Area’s largest industrial project – Pacific Commons South in Fremont. Timur Tecimer, President of OMP, the developer behind the 1.7+ million square foot/10-building project, and Kevin Pirozzoli from Invesco, provided great insight into what went into making the deal work. They were joined by CBRE’s Rob Shannon who discussed the dynamics of the Bay Area industrial market that made development of the project possible. Attendees also heard about the project’s design considerations from HPA Studio Director Teresa Goodwin, while Brian Andrew, Division Vice President of Millie and Severson General Contractors, offered more insights on construction techniques used to bring the project to life.
