We’re excited to announce the completion of another project for Rexford Industrial! This time, we’ve delivered a 143,529 sf industrial warehouse with 7,957 sf office space in Sylmar, CA.
Key features of this project include convenient access to the 5, 210, and 405 Freeways, 19 EV charging stations, and on track for LEED Gold certification.
