This 162,256 sf industrial facility in Santa Ana is strategically located with easy access to major transport hubs and features sustainable elements, including rooftop solar panels and EV charging stations.
The project is a prime example of a successful office-to-warehouse redevelopment, transforming a former office space after the pandemic reduced demand for offices. It is the first conversion of its kind in Orange County, addressing the growing need for industrial space in tight markets.
