We were excited to be part of the official groundbreaking ceremony for a new 25,000 sf medical office building that Millie and Severson will be constructing on behalf of Meridian. Millie and Severson’s team of Richard Pomeroy, Tina Porter, Kevin Holben and David Bayliss were present, along with representatives from HealthMed Realty, Ware Malcomb, Kier & Wright, Cornerstone Earth Group, Inc., and the City of Castro Valley.
