
We’re excited to kick off a new 1,046,539 sf industrial warehouse project in Menifee, CA for our valued partner Core5 Industrial Partners, LLC. This marks another project in our continued relationship this client, and our commitment to delivering high-quality industrial space in Southern California.
Our team is currently underway with over-excavation of the building pad. Once this phase is complete, we’ll secure pad certification, pull the building permit, and move straight into underground work for the slab and footings, all moving us closer to our first slab pour.
