Educational Project Spotlight - Biola University

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with Biola University on a range of projects that continue to enrich the campus experience.

🏗 Blackstone Residence Hall - designed to foster community with 160 rooms, 346 beds, and inviting common spaces that support student life
🏗 Horton Hall - featuring 205 rooms, a recreation center, and a full suite of modern student amenities
🏗 Library remodel - updated infrastructure and added 950 study stations
🏗 Talbot School of Theology - sustainable, state-of-the-art facility with offices, classrooms, a rooftop garden, solar panels, and a prayer chapel incorporating Jerusalem stone and reclaimed olive wood from Biola’s historic olive trees
🏗 Dining Center’s Kitchen + Services - phased renovation and expansion
🏗 Rose Hall - seismic repairs to enhance safety and structural integrity
🏗  Television Production Studio - 9,613 sf tenant improvement
