Dominguez Commerce Center Completed for Brookfield Properties

We’re excited to announce the successful completion of the 429,420 sf Dominguez Commerce Center in Carson, CA! This project was a true collaborative effort with our valued client Brookfield Properties and in partnership with HPA, Inc.

Located on a key infill site with convenient access to major freeways, this project was a full-site demolition followed by the construction of a cross-dock industrial warehouse. In addition to the warehouse, the facility features a 13,000 sf office tenant improvement (TI), designed to support the growing logistics and warehousing needs in the region.
