Our NorCal office recently hosted a fantastic 'sip and paint' 🖌️ event, inspired by our amazing summer interns! The idea was to bring everyone together to celebrate their heritage through food and art. Each team member brought a dish that represented their cultural background, creating a delicious and diverse feast.

We also embraced our artistic sides by painting letters that spell out Millie and Severson. These unique pieces of art will soon be hung in our office as a testament to our collective creativity and unity.

We are thrilled to welcome Agnes Bitoka and Kassy Padilla from UCLA to our SoCal summer intern team!

Agnes is eager to dive into the world of construction, hoping to gain a comprehensive understanding of the field and further her interest in construction management. Kassy shares a similar enthusiasm, focusing on mastering everything there is to know about construction and estimating.

Since joining us, Agnes and Kassy have already embarked on several jobsite visits and even enjoyed a fun and interactive cooking class with the other interns.

We are thrilled to announce the completion of a 165,327 square foot warehouse in Fontana, CA, developed in partnership with Dedeaux Properties. This state-of-the-art facility features a 36’ clear height, 21 dock-high doors, tenant improvements, and 50 trailer parking stalls.

The collaboration of our team, Alan, Les, Sean and Ed, with Dedeaux Properties has been an exciting journey and we look forward to many more successful ventures together.  

Millie and Severson successfully collected a large number of books during our recent book drive, all of which have been donated to the Kiwanis Club of Cypress, CA. For the past eight years, the club has been dedicated to their summer book distribution program, providing under-served children with quality reading materials to help prevent a decline in reading achievement scores between school years. In addition to our initial collection, Millie and Severson doubled the amount of books to support this wonderful cause! The Kiwanis Club was thrilled to see our donations at their general meeting.

We are excited to announce the completion of a state-of-the-art 185,089 sq ft industrial warehouse for our esteemed client, Bridge Industrial. Located in Vernon, CA, this facility boasts a 36' clear height, 23 dock-high doors, a 144' truck court, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 4,000 amps of power. We are thankful for our ongoing partnership and look forward to many more successful projects together.

Our NorCal team, along with their partners and families, took a break from the daily grind and went on an adventure! They traded their desks for tents, and the only meetings they had were around the campfire. It was s'more fun than they could have ever imagined!

Congratulations to Prologis on the Clawiter-Hayward 40 project achieving LEED Gold certification! This 157,582 sq ft industrial warehouse stands out by using 57% less energy compared to similar facilities. It also saves 142,946 gallons annually on indoor water consumption with efficient plumbing fixtures, and 1 million gallons annually on outdoor water through smart landscape design, all measured against LEED baseline standards. Kudos to the project team: Millie and Severson, General Contractors, HPA, Inc., and Kier + Wright.

We’re excited to announce the completion of the 266,711 sq ft West State Commerce Center in Ontario, CA. This state-of-the-art industrial warehouse, featuring extensive tenant improvements, was developed in partnership with Inland Harbor, LLC. We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with them.

Millie and Severson is excited to share the completion of our latest project at 16627 Avalon Blvd in Carson, CA. This 113,470 sq ft industrial building, developed for CenterPoint Properties, features a warehouse with 23 docks, tenant improvements, and EV parking. We're grateful for our partnership with CenterPoint Properties and look forward to future collaborations.
