We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a proven track record of successfully delivering ground-up construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with tilt-up construction and work history that demonstrates long-term commitment, leadership, and project success.

What You'll Do
As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day jobsite operations from startup through closeout
- Leading subcontractors, coordinating trades, and maintaining project schedules
- Working closely with Project Teams, Subs, and Clients to ensure project success
- Driving quality control and ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Maintaining a safe jobsite and enforcing company and OSHA safety standards
- Conducting subcontractor coordination meetings and managing short-term look-ahead schedules
- Identifying and resolving field issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality
- Monitoring labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor performance
- Maintaining project documentation, daily reports, and as-built information
- Building strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 6-10 years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Tilt-up construction experience strongly preferred
- Medical Office Building (MOB) experience is a plus
- Demonstrated strong tenure with previous employers
- Proven ability to lead field operations on complex commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, safety, and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong commitment to safety, client satisfaction, and teamwork
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
