Bob Wissmann - Division President, NorCal - Retires

​After more than 30 years with Millie and Severson, Bob Wissmann, Division President of our Northern California region, has retired. To many in the industry, Bob is synonymous with the company, having been the primary point of contact for so many clients, architects, brokers and other collaborators throughout his tenure. He joined the Millie and Severson team in 1990, and his leadership has been integral to our success
and growth.

Bob is the epitome of a construction professional with a true dedication to his clients and colleagues. Having worked on a variety of projects in the industrial, institutional, healthcare and commercial sectors, Bob has been involved in the construction of more than 30 million square feet of product over the last three decades. He is also valued for his mentorship to so many employees over the years.

“Bob is one of the finest, most knowledgeable and trusted construction professionals I’ve ever known,” noted Jon Severson, Chairman of Millie and Severson. “When he joined us all those years ago, I knew immediately that he was going to bring tremendous success to all of his efforts. He has never let us down.” In addition to his reputation as one of the most trusted names in the CRE industry, Bob is also deeply involved in his community. He has been a lay leader at his church and is looking forward to spending more time on ministry and with his family.
