This 143,060 sf warehouse, strategically located near LAX, features a unique rooftop parking solution to overcome the challenge of limited employee parking in the dense urban area. The project spans two adjacent sites; one housing the warehouse and the other dedicated to vehicle storage for Amazon’s delivery vans prior to loading.
