He develops competitive bid strategies, oversees comprehensive cost proposals, and works closely with operations, business development, and subcontractor partners to support successful project outcomes. Joe is committed to developing high-performing estimating teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. He earned a B.S. in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and an A.S. in Construction Technology from Don Bosco Technical Institute.
