We lifted the first panel today at LBA Logistics’ 880 Industrial Center in San Jose. Once complete, the new 179,600 sf state-of-the-art industrial building will feature 36’ clear height, 28 dock high doors and 77 container/trailer stalls. This was a true team effort and wouldn’t have been possible without seamless communication and collaboration. Hats off to the entire project team: HSA + Associates, RGA, Office of Architectural Design, Compass Solutions, Kier + Wright, City of San Jose.

With Phase 1 nearly complete at Pacific Commons South in Fremont, we are starting Phase 2 vertical construction, lifting panels on Building 6. Once completed, the 1.7+ million square foot campus will feature ten free standing buildings with distinctive entries and window lines. Unlike traditional industrial developments, Pacific Commons South features a variety of campus-wide amenities, including EV charging stations, numerous outdoor break areas and pedestrian paths throughout the business park. The project is being developed by OMP and Invesco. #buildingahigherstandard
