Millie and Severson has just completed a major revamp to a well-established Class A office campus in El Segundo with close proximity to LAX. A new visual theme emphasizes its rebranded name of Flyte, including metal archways and an entry known as The Gateway, ushering visitors to an open-air courtyard, replete with multiple seating areas for meeting, lounging and eating. There is a standalone meeting room building, an outdoor café, a kiosk, and various interactive areas, pathways and dynamic outdoor environments including a bocce ball court, ping pong tables and a fire pit.
