Millie and Severson recently completed building Rockefeller’s Tri-City Industrial Complex, a portion of which was just sold by Rockefeller, according to recent articles in GlobeSt.com and REBusinessOnline. The two-building project comprises 425,635 sf. The smaller of the two buildings (81,286 sf) was sold to 4F Capital.
