Scope: 104,227 sf/4-Story Corporate HQ + 132,000 sf/3-Story Parking Structure
Architect: Studio One Eleven
New 4-story build-to-suit corporate headquarters to expand Laserfiche’s Long Beach campus for its projected growth from 300 to 600 employees by 2025. The Mid-Century design by Studio One Eleven is inspired by an adjacent building that was designed by noted Mid-Century architect Edward Killingsworth. Recently completed, this award-winning project will enhance the campus for this industry-leader who has had a proud presence in Long Beach since 2001. The project earned LEED and WELL Gold certifications.
