10 grossing stations, five deionized water stations, independent exhaust system for fume hoods. Specialty equipment including bio-safety cabinet, chemical fume hood, snorkle hood. Specialty storage rooms including flammable storage, specimen storage and block paraffin wax storage. New air handling unit and exhaust fans to support new lab space and surrounding office areas.

Three phased project in occupied space.
