Redevelopment of brownfield site that was a former brickyard and manufacturing facility. The site itself included a 280,000 cubic-yard pit and construction debris that had accumulated over decades. Prior to a start of vertical construction, the pit was filled up and the construction debris used as fill material. The project will be an economic engine that will position the City of Compton as a key hub for e-commerce, distribution and fulfillment to more than 14.8 million people within a 50-mile radius.
