Located in the Inland Empire, the project consists of two buildings, each with full concrete yards, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, 32’ minimum clear height and 2.5% skylights. Building 1, the larger of the two, offers 2,000 AMP 480/277 3P – 4,000 AMP UGPS power; 52’ x 60’ typical column spacing; cross-dock loading; 185’ and 137’ secured concrete truck courts with 60 dock high loading doors and 3 ground level loading doors. Building 2 features 800 AMP 480/277 service, 2,000 AMP UGPS; 140’ secured concrete truck court; 13 dock high loading doors and 2 ground level loading doors.
