REDA and Clarion Partners
Ontario Ranch Logistics Center – Phase I
Scope: 1,180,908 sf
Millie and Severson began construction of the 1.1+ million sf core and shell spec building for our clients REDA and Clarion Partners who subsequently leased the entire building to Kimberly-Clark before construction was complete. We were then brought on to complete tenant improvements for Kimberly-Clark, a producer of paper-based consumer products, who occupied the newly constructed building in March 2020. Since core and shell construction was underway but not yet complete, we were able to make changes to accommodate Kimberly-Clark’s needs, including the addition of doors and windows, guard shacks, fencing and gates, and some changes to interior layout, all while adhering to our original core and shell schedule.
