Architect: RGA, Office of Architectural Design
New tilt-up construction of warehouse and distribution building with 32’ clear height, 185’ truck court, 49 dock high doors, 2 grade-level doors, ESFR Sprinkler Systems, 103 truck stalls and 355 auto stalls. Project also includes significant offsite work to expand Harley Knox Blvd. and Oleander Ave.
