Renovation of busy retail location that is remaining open while improvements are made. Millie and Severson developed 16 separate phases to provide the upgrades to offices, the retail showroom, storage areas, exterior façade and front entrance for Ganahl’s Los Alamitos location which is directly next door to our headquarters. The project also includes modifications to shelving and racking in warehouse, as well as the renovation and expansion of adjacent mill yard.

Careful phasing is being undertaken in order to keep the project schedule moving forward while maintaining store operations, all while minimizing disruptions to employees and customers.
