Main Street is a 290,139 square foot distribution center that is now occupied by Reyes Holdings for its most recent beverage distribution facility. Located in the coveted port-adjacent area of south Los Angeles, the project has become another key asset in Duke Realty’s strategic portfolio. Reyes Holdings pre-leased the property while construction was underway and the project team nimbly pivoted to incorporating all of its user-specific needs, including cold storage, a showroom, 29 dock doors and 303 parking spaces for both employees and customers.
