208,500 sf warehouse distribution building including a 4,089 sf mezzanine with a 32’ clear height. The project is on a vacant 25 acre EPA Superfund site requiring careful site preparations that will see 350,000 CY of soil be imported to surcharge the building foundation and build-up the site. Once completed, the site will offer 722,700 sf truck and automobile open parking.
