The 34,000 sf building houses spacious dining commons and multi-purpose room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, demonstration kitchen, art studio, music room, recording studio, game room, and gym. The project also included the construction of a new swimming pool and pool house, basketball courts, and outdoor play areas. The building will be used by the children in Hillsides’ residential therapeutic program and by students attending Hillsides Education Center, a nationally accredited K-12 non-public residential and day school. Hillsides is a private, non-profit youth facility that has provided residential, community-based and education services since 1913.
