After the success of our second build, the user asked the Trammell Crow Company / Millie and Severson team to build a third identical building, giving them a total of 360,000 sf that they will occupy once tenant improvements are complete. Millie and Severson completed the project on time and on budget in this marvel of tilt-up construction.
