With the recent opening of Good Samaritan Medical Pavilion, multiple news outlets reported on the project’s delivery of state-of-the-art healthcare services to the Downtown Los Angeles community. The Los Angeles Business Journal ran a detailed article on the project, with additional articles in LA Downtown News, Healthcare Design Magazine and Becker’s ASC Review. Millie and Severson built the core and shell for the 7-story, 196,968 sf MOB plus significant tenant improvements including physician suites, radiation oncology, a 30,000 sf ASC, and a cafe. The building ties into an existing nine-story Medical Office Building with a 2nd floor interconnecting bridge. The project was awarded 2017 Best Medical Project by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
