Riverside University Health System MOB Achieves TCO

CONGRATULATIONS to the project team for achieving Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) today at Riverside University Health System’s new Medical Office Building! The state-of-the-art MOB is a 200,000 sf/3 story structure that’s connected to the existing hospital via a pedestrian bridge. Trammell Crow Company, Riverside University Health System, County of Riverside – EDA, Ware Malcomb and Millie and Severson worked as an integrated and collaborative unit to bring the new facility to life.
