Repositioning of an outdated 1979, three story, multi-tenant office building into a Class A facility. Building improvements to include new external architectural features, entry portals, lobbies, core restrooms and corridors. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and roofing systems to be all new. Site to also be redesigned with more efficient parking, ADA access, landscaping and bioretention areas, as well as amenity spaces for tenants.
