Located in the heart of Beverly Hills on San Vicente Boulevard, the project is for Cedars’ newest Laboratory space which encompasses approximately 32,979 square feet. The scope calls for major tenant improvements for laboratory research space including wet labs, offices, freezers and conference rooms, along with office space and gathering areas. The newly-designed laboratory space will provide its user groups with the latest state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to serve four different research groups.  Extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades will be required to service the new lab space. “Our robust preconstruction services were a key factor in winning the job,” according to SVP John Grossman. “We are already underway with 3D scanning to uncover potential clashes and to offer solutions before building even commences,” he added. Construction is set to begin in January 2017 with completion slated for September 2017.
