Our History (continued)
Since incorporating in 1947, Millie and Severson has become a full service General Contractor and built all types of projects all around Southern California. Our current President, Charles’ son Jonathan, joined the firm shortly after Millie’s death in 1975. Because people are the greatest asset, Mr. Severson started an Employee Stock Ownership Plan for its employees. Through our retirement plan, our employees have earned an ownership position exceeding 97%, creating a loyalty and longevity that greatly benefits our clients. Today, our employee-owners provide construction and preconstruction services for a variety of project types, including Office, Healthcare, Medical Office Building, Industrial and Cultural + Educational. We are proud to have completed more than 4,000 projects throughout California since our founding.
We're here to help.
