We’ve started lifting panels at Dedeaux Properties’ new 205,590 sf warehouse in Perris. Designed by Carlile Coatsworth Architects, the new project will offer easy access to the I-215 Freeway and is in a growing hub of warehouse and distribution centers in the Inland Empire. Next up, we’ll be constructing the exterior concrete stairs and erecting columns and beams as we get closer to putting in the panelized roof. The project is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
We are pleased to once again support Trammell Crow Company and Links Players for their annual OC Charity Classic to benefit the Orange County Rescue Mission. This is our fourth year as a sponsor, along with our sister company Storie and Severson Construction. We are honored to help support such a worthy cause that offers meals, shelter, clothing, health services, and training opportunities to our Orange County neighbors who are confronting homelessness and hunger.
We just completed the four-building Washington Business Park for REDA and Crow Holdings in San Bernardino that was designed by HPA Architecture. Each building offers more than 100,000 sf of industrial space, perfect for the explosion of eCommerce and logistics companies seeking space in the Inland Empire.
Stanford Medicine Partners has occupied the newly constructed medical office building in Castro Valley that we’ve just completed for developer Meridian. It delivers patients a comprehensive offering of healthcare services including primary care, pediatric care, OB/GYN, radiology, ophthalmology and laboratory testing across its two stories and 25,000 square feet. Designed by Ware Malcomb, the space evokes calm and serenity in waiting areas, procedure rooms, and even dressing rooms. Stanford Medicine Partners welcomed their first patients into the new facility in early September.
Another milestone for our new AC Marriott Hotel + Residence Inn in Oakland: we’re starting to dismantle the scaffolding. The video shows the mast climbing being disassembled piece by piece on the south elevation. Once it all comes down, we will be able to finish connecting all the wet utilities.
