Synagogue, Beit Midrash, social hall, offices, classrooms, subterranean parking. Structural steel frame and CMU building with exterior framing system. Exterior plaster walls with Jerusalem stone and Trex wood accent. Heavy use of interior travertine floors, architectural doors and windows, offsite work. Extensive renovation of dilapidated, rusting steel building in deplorable condition. Coordinated significant architectural and structural changes in order to bring project budget in line.
