Scope: 196,968 sf, 7 stories. The 7-story project consists of new construction of core and shell plus significant tenant improvements including physician suites, radiation oncology, a 30,000 sf ASC, and a cafe. It includes substantial onsite and offsite improvements and site work, including a new parking lot. The building ties into an existing 9-story Medical Office Building with a 2nd floor interconnecting bridge. The steel frame building uses a glass and aluminum curtain wall system and is OSHPD-3. 2 roof top cooling towers, 5 air handler units, roughly 175,300 cfm, helipad, 45,000 gallon fire water storage tank below grade.
