Scope: 490,000 sf + tenant improvements
Concrete tilt-up warehouse with two main storefront entrances, 36′ clear ceiling height, 80 dock doors, 113 trailer parking stalls. Onsite fire and domestic water well, 225k gallon fire water storage tank. Tenant improvements of 2,048 sf spec office built within the northwest corner of the building consisting of private offices, conference room, open office space, kitchenette, and office and warehouse restrooms. Additional tenant improvements for Melissa + Doug including 232,000 sf of warehouse, as well as build-out of office and breakroom.
