Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (CSMC) engaged Millie and Severson when planning to relocate the existing HLA, Cytogenetics, Molecular Pathology and the Transplantation and Immunology Laboratory Groups to a new stand-alone building off campus on San Vicente Blvd. This project encompasses approximately 31,425 sf of interior tenant fit-out of a newly constructed shell building located at 121 San Vicente, Beverly Hills. Millie and Severson’s preconstruction services uncovered constructability issues in the building, particularly tight ceilings that were too congested to accommodate the complex MEP systems required for the lab facilities.
